Mentorship from Gary Tomkins, Senior Art Director at Warner bros. Studios

I am very grateful to be receiving free mentorship from Gary Tomkins, Senior Art Director for Vermilion at Warner Brothers Studios in Leavesden. He was kind enough to share some of his work with me recently, as you can see, he knows a thing or two about working in the film industry.

Moon Rats... They're here! T-shirts, hoodies and vests from outer space on Redbubble

After a brief conversation with my friend Jason Ng, who told me about his new designer clothing brand u9ly Avenue I told him about these designs and how I thought they would make cool T-shirts. I used the assets from a project I did with London Bus-Tops over the London 2012 Olympic Games, check out the Behance project I'm hoping we'll be able to work together in the future. "Virtuoso" publication

I recently submitted my short film poster 'Dummy' into a book publication called The Virtuoso Project. The editor of the book DragonBrusher has accepted the artwork and it will feature in the book when it is published! This is a very exciting prospect as I have never been published before! ChitChatClick's character building drawings

Following on from the finished character designs (see previous posts) I decided to composite a quick character design process which shows how I work. 3 stages which include the initial stick figure or skeleton with perspective, fleshing out the body and finally layering all the clothing, accessories and finer details.
